# Edit Candidate Details & Copy Invitation Links

Sometimes typos happen. If you made a mistake in a candidate's name or you need to add a phone number for SMS reminders, you can quickly update a candidate's information. You can also grab their unique interview link to share it directly via your preferred communication channels, like WhatsApp or a direct email.

## Editing Candidate Details

1. Go to **Invitations** from the main sidebar menu, or open a specific automated interview template and go to the **Invite** tab.
2. Locate the candidate whose details need updating.
3. Click the **More actions (...)** menu on the right side of their row.
4. Select **Edit candidate details** from the dropdown list.
5. In the pop-up modal, update the necessary fields (e.g., **First name**, **Last name**, or **Phone**).
6. Click **Save** to apply your changes.

|| In case you made a typo in the candidate's email address, delete the incorrect invitation and create a new one.

## Copying an Invitation Link

If you want to personally message a candidate or reach out to them outside of the Cammio platform, you can copy their unique interview link directly.

1. Go to **Invitations** from the main menu, or open your specific automated interview template and go to the **Invite** tab.
2. Locate the relevant candidate.
3. Click the **More actions (...)** menu on the right side of their row.
4. Select **Copy link** from the dropdown list.
5. The link is now copied to your clipboard! You can safely paste it into an email, a text message, or your own ATS.

||| **Warning:** Every invitation link is securely tied to that specific candidate. Never share one candidate's copied link with multiple people.

|| *Please note: Creating an invitation automatically triggers an invitation email to the candidate. In some ATS integrations, this might be disabled in case the ATS handles candidate communication.*
