Adding Library Content to Your Interview Setups

The true power of your Library shines when you are actively building new interview setups. Instead of typing out the same questions or uploading the same welcome video for every new vacancy, you can instantly pull in your pre-saved content.

How to Add Media to Welcome and End Screens

Starting your automated interview with a welcoming video from the hiring manager or ending it with a clear explanation of the next steps is a great way to engage candidates.

1. Go to the Welcome Screen or End Screen step in the interview setup.
2. Click the option to Select from Library.
3. A modal will appear showing your saved Media assets. Use the search bar or filters to find your desired video.
4. Click on Add to interview to insert it into your setup.

Add questions from the Library

1. Open the interview template you want to edit.
2. Go to the Build tab.
3. In the Questions section, choose the option to Add from Library.

4. In the Select from question library window, browse the available items.
5. Select one or more questions using the checkboxes.
6. Click Add to interview.

The selected questions are then added to your interview setup as new question cards.
