Assigning Team Members to Review a Candidate
Once your candidates have completed their interviews, it is time to bring your reviewers (e.g. recruiting team, hiring manager, other stakeholders) into the loop. Cammio makes it easy to assign evaluations to both internal team members and external reviewers, ensuring you can gather collaborative feedback quickly and efficiently.
Here are the best ways to assign reviewers based on your workflow needs.
1. Assigning Reviewers to Specific Candidates
If you only want someone like an Hiring Manager to review a select few candidates who made it past your initial screening, you can assign them individually per candidate.
- Go to your Completed Interviews overview from the left sidebar menu or go into a specific template and open the Completed tab to view your list of finished candidates.
- Locate the candidate you want to be evaluated.
- Click the Actions menu (the three dots
...) on the right side of the candidate's row. - Choose your assignment type:
- Add Reviewer: Select this to assign an existing user who already has a Cammio account in your organization.
- Invite New Reviewer: Select this to securely invite a new internal team member or an external stakeholder (who does not have a Cammio user account yet) via their email address.

2. Bulk Assigning Reviewers
When managing high-volume hiring pipelines, assigning reviewers one by one can slow you down. Use the bulk action tool to assign a batch of candidates in seconds.
- From the Completed Interviews overview, check the boxes on the left side of multiple candidate rows.
- A bulk action toolbar will instantly appear near the bottom of your screen.
- Click on Add Reviewer or Invite New Reviewer.
- Invite your reviewers. They will immediately be assigned to all the candidates you selected.
3. Automating the Process: Template-Level Assignments
Do you want a specific reviewers to evaluate every single candidate who conducts a specific interview process? Instead of assigning them manually on the dashboard, you can automate it:
- Go to your interview template and click on the Scoring tab.
- Go to the Reviewers module.
- Click Add Reviewer (or Invite New Reviewer) here.
By adding them at the template level, your assigned reviewers will automatically gain access and receive notifications the moment a new candidate finishes this interview.
