Cancel a Live Interview Invitation

Cancel an invitation when the Live Interview should no longer take place (for example: candidate withdraws, you selected someone else, or the role is paused).

Canceling an interview is a permanent action. As soon as you confirm the cancellation, Cammio will automatically send an email to the candidate and any assigned Guest Interviewers to let them know the event has been canceled.

How to Cancel an Invitation

Go to Templates and open the Live Interview template where the candidate is scheduled.
Click on the Invites tab located at the top of the menu.
Locate the candidate's session in the list.
Click the More actions menu (the three dots).
Select Cancel interview from the dropdown list.
A confirmation modal will appear. Click Confirm to permanently cancel the session.
