You can fully customize your Live Interview room to reflect your employer brand and equip your hiring team with the exact tools they need to conduct a successful interview.

Customize Your Room Branding

Adding your company's visual identity helps reassure candidates and reinforces your employer brand.

Go to your Templates overview page in the left sidebar menu and click on your Live Interview template.
Open the Setup tab and navigate to Features & Appearance.
Select the desired Branding from the dropdown.

The branding you select applies a visual theme (logo, color, background image) to the interview room experience.

To add or modify brandings in your account, contact your client success manager.

Enable or Disable Room Features

Depending on the role you are hiring for, you might need different tools. For example, a design role might require screen sharing for a portfolio review, while a quick screening call might not.

While still in the Setup tab and on the Features & Appearance module section.
Use the toggles to enable or disable specific tools:

Chat: Toggle this On to allow text-based messaging during the video call. This is incredibly helpful for sharing links, files, and dropping in technical questions, or communicating if someone experiences minor audio hiccups.
Screen Share: Toggle this On to allow participants (both interviewers and candidates) to share their screens, specific application windows, or browser tabs.

Click Save at the bottom of the section to lock in your feature preferences.

File sharing is part of the "Chat" and allows for media files (images, docs, audio and video) of up to 15 MB.

Supported file types:
- Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WEBP
- Documents: PDF, DOCX, TXT, RTF, CSV, XLSX
- Audio: MP3, WAV
- Video: MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM

Enable Recording

If your account supports recording for Live Interviews:

Find the Recording setting in Features & Appearance of your Live Interview template.
Toggle On if interviews may be recorded.
