View Story Statistics

Under Statistics, view engagement metrics for your story video after it has been shared:

  • Impressions: The number of times the thumbnail was shown to a user
  • Views: The number of times was played by a (unique) user
  • CTA Button Clicks: The number of times the CTA button was clicked
  • Average view rate: The average percentage of a video that was watched by a user
  • Average view time: The average time, in seconds, that a video is viewed per view
  • First quarter completion rate: Percentage that a video was played to 25% of its length
  • Second quarter completion rate: Percentage at which the second quarter of a video was viewed
  • Third quarter completion rate: Percentage at which the third quarter of a video was viewed
  • Fourth quarter completion rate: Percentage at which the fourth quarter of a video was viewed. This is usually seen as the overall "completion rate".

Now Your Story is Ready to Share

  • In the final step, adjust all story settings again.
  • Add a thumbnail image to be displayed when sharing the story.

The thumbnail is the preview image shown when your story is shared on social media, via email, etc.

  • Choose whether to enable or disable the share link.
  • Copy either a short or long URL for sharing.
  • Optionally, copy the embed code to integrate the story player elsewhere.
  • Once processed, you can also download the story as an MP4 file.

✅ Final Story Checklist

  • Did you set a clear title?
  • Have you added all necessary scenes?
  • Is text formatting consistent?
  • Is your logo added and in the right position?
  • Is the call-to-action button working?
  • Did you set a thumbnail image?
  • Is the share link activated?

🎉 Congratulations – your story is now ready to share!
