Invite Candidates & Interviewers to a Live Interview

Once your template is set up and your scoring criteria are ready, it's time to meet your candidates!


Cammio makes scheduling flexible, allowing you to invite candidates one by one for ad-hoc meetings, or invite a large list of candidates simultaneously using a CSV upload. You can also easily add guest interviewers (like hiring managers) to any scheduled session. All of this is managed directly within your template's Invites tab.



Invite a Single Candidate


If you only need to invite one or two candidates, the single invitation workflow is the fastest route.


  1. Open your Live Interview template.
  2. Click on the Invites tab located at the top of the menu.
  3. Click the Invite candidate button in the top right corner.
  4. Step 1 (Interview Settings): Select the scheduled Date, Time, and Duration. Ensure the Timezone, Interview Host, and Language are correct.
  5. Step 2 (Candidate Details): Enter the candidate's First name, Last name, and E-mail address. You also have the option to type a personal message that will be included in their invitation email.
  6. Click to send the invitation. Your candidate will instantly receive an email with their unique link to join.




Invite Candidate in Bulk (via CSV)


  • From the Invites tab inside your template, click the Bulk invite button.
  • A modal will appear detailing the exact column format required for your CSV file. Make sure your spreadsheet headers match this formatting perfectly.
  • Drag and drop your completed .csv file into the upload area, or click to upload.
  • The system will process your list securely in the background. You can close the window and continue working; we will send you a confirmation email as soon as the dispatch is complete (or notify you if there were any formatting errors in your file).



Processing a large list of invites may take a moment, and you'll have to refresh the page to see the invites that went out.



How to Invite (Guest) Interviewers


If you're conducting a panel interview or want a hiring manager to join the call, you can easily add other interviewers to any scheduled sessions.


  1. From the Invites tab, locate the candidate's scheduled session in the list.
  2. Click the More actions menu (the three dots) on the far right of their row.
  3. Select Edit guest interviewers.
  4. A modal will appear where you can add the details of the team members you want to join. They will automatically receive an email invitation with the interviewer link.




Need to quickly invite someone into a call at the last minute? You can also click the More actions menu and select Copy interviewer link to manually share it with someone!
