Navigating the Cammio Platform

Welcome to Cammio! Your journey begins with the main dashboard and your primary navigation tool: the persistent left-hand sidebar. This sidebar is your command center, designed to give you quick access to all your core recruiting workflows.



Understanding the Sidebar States


To give you the most screen space when you need it, the sidebar adapts to your current task using three distinct views:

  1. Collapsed State (Default):
  • Displays icons only. Hover over an icon to see its label (e.g., Templates, Reviews). Click the hamburger menu (☰) at the top to expand.


  1. Expanded State:
  • Opens as an overlay.
  • Shows icons + full labels.
  • Close it by clicking the X or anywhere outside the menu.


  1. Minimal State (Focus Mode):
  • Sidebar is hidden to remove distractions, except for the hamburger (☰) icon.
  • Used in full-screen areas like the Stories Editor.
  • Clicking it opens a temporary overlay menu.



Main Menu Options


Your sidebar provides access to the following key areas (depending on your role and account-enabled features):


  • Templates: Manage your active interview setups.
  • Invitations: Track and manage all your pending and active candidate invites.
  • Completed Interviews: Review and evaluate candidates who have finished their submissions.
  • Library: Access your question- and media library.
  • Reviews: Access your personal evaluation queue. A number badge next to this icon shows exactly how many pending interviews are currently assigned to you.
  • Clips: Access our direct video messaging tool to record and send personalized messages to candidates.
  • Stories: Open the video editor to create dynamic job vacancy and employer branding videos.
  • Help Center: Quickly access our support resources and guides.




At the very bottom of the sidebar, you will find your personal controls:


  • Account: Manage your platform configuration and organization settings (only visible to Admin users).
  • User Profile: View and update your details or password.
  • Logout: Click the exit icon to securely sign out of your Cammio account.
  • Legal Links: Quick access to our Privacy and Legal documentation.
