Navigating Your Completed Interviews Dashboard
Whether you are managing a handful of applicants for a single role or juggling high-volume hiring pipelines across multiple vacancies, Cammio gives you the flexibility to review your finished candidate interviews exactly how you prefer. You can manage your candidates through a global, bird's-eye view, or dive into a specific job's dedicated dashboard.
Two Ways to Access Completed Interviews
1. The Completed Interviews Overview Page
Use this view when you want to see a master list of every candidate who has finished their interview, across all your active interview templates.
- In the left-hand sidebar menu, click on Completed Interviews.
Here, you can use the top tabs to filter your entire platform's pipeline by All, Automated Interviews, or Live Interviews.
2. The Template-Specific View
Use this view when you want to focus your attention on processing candidates for one specific role or interview setup.
- Go to your Templates overview from the main menu.
- Locate and click on the specific interview template you want to manage.
- Go to the Completed Interviews tab (located at the top of the template menu).
Understanding the Candidate Data Table
Regardless of which view you choose, the core of the page is the candidate data table. This gives you an immediate summary without needing to open full profiles:
- Media Preview: A small thumbnail image of the interview, if there is a video recording. Click the "play" icon on the thumbnail to quickly watch the video in a pop-up viewer.
- Average Score: See the calculated average star-rating score. The number in parentheses shows how many reviews have actually been submitted (e.g., 4.1 (4)).
- Workflow Status: See exactly where the candidate is in your hiring pipeline (e.g., Ready for Review, Approved, Declined, Hired).
Managing Completed Interviews
You can manage candidates individually or process them in batches to save time.
Individual Actions
Click the Options menu (the three dots ...) on the right side of any candidate's row to:
- Add Reviewer: Assign an internal team member to evaluate this candidate.
- Invite New Reviewer: Securely invite a new internal team member or an external stakeholder to review the candidate.
- Delete Interview: Permanently remove the candidate's data and recordings. Only recruiter users with admin rights are able to delete completed interviews.
To dive deep into a candidate's full responses, simply click on their Name in the table. This will take you directly to their dedicated interview analysis page.
Bulk Actions
Want to update the status of ten candidates at once? Use the checkboxes on the left side of the table to select multiple candidates. A bulk action toolbar will appear, allowing you to:
- Bulk Assign Reviewers: Assign reviewers to all selected candidates simultaneously.
- Bulk Status Update: Change the pipeline status for the entire selected group in a single click.
- Bulk Deletion: Permanently delete the selected batch of candidates. Only recruiter users with admin rights are able to delete completed interviews.
