Organize Library Items with Tags, Language, and Notes
As your Library grows, good organization becomes just as important as good content. Using tags, language, and notes helps your team find the right questions and media faster, avoid duplicates, and keep reusable content clear for everyone.
These fields may seem small, but they make a big difference when multiple recruiters work in the same account or when you manage content across different roles, regions, or campaigns.
Tags: Make Things Easy to Find
Tags are the best way to filter and find content, both in the Library itself and when selecting questions directly inside an interview setup. Think of them as flexible labels you define yourself.
Good Uses for Tags
Create a standardized tagging system with your team for maximum efficiency! Consider tagging by:
- Role or department: e.g., Customer Service, Sales, Logistics
- Role type: e.g., Azubi, Internship, Senior
- Competency or theme: e.g., Leadership, Motivation, Communication
- Content Type: e.g., Culture, Technical Skills, Welcome Video
How to Add or Remove Tags
Tags can be added after saving an item to the library, via the Item Viewer:
- Click any row in your Library to open the Item Viewer.
- In the Tags field on the right, click + to add a new tag.
- To remove a tag, click the × next to it.
- Changes save automatically.

Language
The Language field classifies the language of a question's text and media. It is available on questions only, media items do not have a Language field.
Language serves three purposes:
- Filtering in the Library: quickly narrow your list to questions in a specific language.
- Filtering inside an interview setup: when pulling questions from your Library into a setup, you can filter by language to ensure consistency for that role.
- For Transcription purposes: when transcriptions are enabled for your interview, we can use the set language to better transcribe the candidate's answers.
Notes
The Notes field is your space to leave internal context about an asset. You might use this to explain why a specific question was recorded, or to indicate that a video should only be used for a specific hiring manager's vacancies.
Next Steps
Now that your Library is perfectly organized and searchable, you are ready to put those assets to work!
