Reschedule a Live Interview

Schedules change, and sometimes an interview needs to be moved. You can easily reschedule a Live Interview directly from the candidate invitation without having to cancel the original appointment and recreate a new invitation from scratch.

How to Reschedule

1. Go to your Live Interview template.
2. Click on the Invites tab located at the top of the menu.
3. Locate the candidate's scheduled session in the list.
4. Click the More actions menu (the three dots) on the far right of their row.
5. Select Reschedule interview.
6. A modal will appear. Adjust the Date, Time, or Duration as needed.
7. Click Confirm & Send to lock in the new time.

As soon as you click Save, Cammio automatically sends a "Rescheduled" email to the candidate and any assigned Guest Interviewers with the updated calendar details. You don't need to send any manual follow-up emails.
