Review a Completed Live Interview (Recordings & Participants)

After a Live Interview is completed, you can review what happened in the session, including the recording (if enabled) and who joined (participants + join/leave times). This is useful for quality checks, sharing with stakeholders, and consistent scoring after the call.

Accessing the Interview Analysis Page

If you were assigned as a Reviewer for the interview, you will receive an email notification as soon as the interview is completed, containing a direct link to the candidate's results. You can also log into Cammio and go to Reviews from the left sidebar menu.

If you are a Recruiter user:

1. Go to your Live Interview template.
2. Click on the Completed tab.
3. Alternatively, go to the overview of all completed interviews in your account by going to Completed Interviews from your left sidebar menu.
4. Locate the candidate you want to review and click on their name to open their Interview Analysis page.

1. Watch the Recording(s)

If the host enabled and started the recording during the live call, the video will be processed and ready to watch almost immediately.

• The Video Player: Use the large video player on the left side of the screen to watch the interview. You can play, pause, and scrub through the timeline to find specific answers.
• The Playlist: If the host started and stopped the recording multiple times during the session, Cammio automatically creates a seamless "Recordings" playlist. You can click on the different clips in the right-hand panel to easily jump between parts of the conversation.

2. Check the Participant List

Need to verify who actually showed up to the panel interview?

On the left side of the Interview Analysis page, you will find a Participants list in the Details tab. This section logs exactly who entered the live room, displaying the names of the Candidate, the Host, and any Guest Interviewers who joined the call.

3. Submit Your Review

1. Go to the Reviews tab right below the video player.
2. Read the Reviewer Instructions (if any) pinned at the top of the module. This tells you exactly what criteria to use when evaluating the candidate.
3. Select your rating using the 5-star scale and leave written feedback or notes in the text box to provide more context for your rating.
4. Click Submit review.

Once multiple reviewers submit their scores, Cammio will automatically calculate an average overall rating for the candidate, making it easy to see who your top performers are at a glance.
