Using the Reviews Page (To Do / Submitted / Closed)
The Reviews page is the reviewer's workspace. It shows the candidates you're expected to review, what you've already submitted, and what's no longer in active review.
Use it to stay on top of your review tasks without searching through Completed Interviews.

Accessing Your Reviews
You can find your personal review dashboard right from the main navigation.
- Go to the persistent left-hand menu.
- Click on Reviews.
Understanding Your Task Tabs
Once you open the Reviews page, your assignments are neatly organized into three distinct tabs based on their current status: To Do, Submitted, and Closed.
1. The "To Do" Tab (Your Active Inbox)
This is your primary workspace. The To Do tab lists all the candidates you have been assigned to evaluate, but have not yet scored.
- To take action: Simply click on the candidate's name in the list. This will take you to their Interview Analysis Page, where you can review their interviews and submit your feedback.
- Stay organized: The list displays the candidate's name, the interview template name, and the date you were assigned, helping you prioritize who to review first.
2. The "Submitted" Tab (Your Personal Archive)
Need to remember what you rated that great candidate last week? The Submitted tab acts as your historical record.
- It lists every candidate evaluation you have completed and submitted.
- You can click on any candidate here to revisit their responses and review the specific star ratings and comments you previously left.
3. The "Closed" Tab (Expired Assignments)
Sometimes, assignments expire before you can get to them. Candidates will automatically move to the Closed tab if their status is changed to one of the following:
- Approved
- Declined
- Hired
