Set Up the End Screen (Message, Media, Redirect URL)

The End Screen is the final impression you leave with a candidate after they submit their last answer. Customizing this is a great way to thank them for their time, powerfully reinforce your employer brand, and smoothly guide them toward their next steps.


You can configure these settings at the very bottom of your interview timeline within the Build tab.




1. Add Media (Video or Image)


Media is optional, but it's a nice way to end on a human note.


  • Video: Record or upload a brief "Thank You" video from the hiring manager or recruitment team.
  • Image: If you select an image, the platform automatically applies your account's default branded image. However, you can easily override this by uploading a custom image file. You also have the option to include editable description text to accompany the image.





2. Customize the Completion Message


You can add a custom message on the end screen with a header and body text. This is the perfect place to set expectations on when they will hear back from your team.


  • The completion message is turned on by default and has some standardized text. You can turn it off if you wish to hide it.


Only the default text has translations for other languages. If you customize the message candidates will always see your custom text.



3. Set a Redirect URL (optional)


Keep candidates engaged with your company even after they leave the platform.


  1. Activate the Redirect candidate toggle.
  2. Paste a specific web address into the URL field.
  3. Upon completing the interview, candidates will automatically be routed to this destination. This is ideal for directing them to your company's careers page, an employee testimonial blog, or your main website.



Note: If no redirect URL is configured, candidates will be given the option at the end of the interview to leave feedback in a free-text field and/or take part in an anonymous survey about their candidate experience with Cammio.
